Dr. Sheldon Feld
Dr. Sheldon Feld is a distinguished figure in hair restoration. He has blended his medical expertise in hair loss with the pursuit of hair recovery. Following his medical training and a degree in medicine from Queens University in Ontario, he transitioned from a distinguished career in family medicine to specialize in hair restoration. Driven by the desire for innovation, he underwent training in 1999 with the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery in San Francisco. As the new millennium dawned, Dr. Feld‘s focus turned towards hair restoration. He assumed leadership and became the Medical Director for the two Hair Doctor clinics in Toronto and Hamilton. In 2002, he was invited and attended alongside the world renowned and esteemed Dr. Walter P. Unger at his Yorkville office. This further elevated his skills and cemented his reputation as an innovator in creating natural looking hairlines and follicle insertion procedural techniques. At the helm as Medical Director of the Hair Transplant Medical Centre since 2002, Dr. Feld continues to set industry benchmarks. With a track record of approximately 2,000 successful transplants and 4,000,000 grafts, his commitment to personalized care ensures that every patient achieves his or her desired outcome. His motto throughout the years of his hair restoration practice is “a satisfied patient is the best form of advertising. Beyond his clinical and surgical excellence, Dr. Feld has remained a longstanding member in the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Ontario Medical Association, and the Canadian Medical Protective Association. Since 2000, he has been an Active Member of the International Society Hair Restoration Surgery and to date, he attended numerous annual I.S.H.R.S. World Congress meetings.
