Dr. Dogan Turan is a renowned hair transplant surgeon and a pivotal figure in Turkey`s hair restoration industry. Graduating from Istanbul Medical School in 1986, Dr. Turan began his career in Izmir, where he founded the Deniz Private Medical Center and Deniz Hair Transplant Center in 1999.
