I am incredibly happy with my results and very thankful! Just want to give a heads up to anyone considering this surgery about after the transplant despite my thorough research prior I didn’t find anything warning me of this aftermath. December 3rd 2023 I got my DHI HT at Asli Tarcan hospital in Istanbul turkey. they did a wonderful job relocating 3200 grafts from back of my head to my hairline. Months having passed since surgery and my healing was going great you are permitted to go back to regular routine and intense physical activity is allowed. I’m a dancer so a relief to finally be able to stop holding back after what felt like forever . For some reason even doing things at my regular pace months after I couldn’t understand why my face specifically was sweating so bad from my head . I thought it was because of going easy for a couple months my body wasn’t used to the fast workouts but it continued for months so I decided to do some research. Unfortunately scar tissue doesn’t have sweat glands so both areas that were operated on being the front hairline and back of head will no longer release heat and it will double the intensity of heat in the surrounding area . I have no visable scars from the operation it’s looks 100% natural from birth! I’ve never had keloid scar problems or anything just because of the operation no matter your skin or hair type etc they’re will be scar tissue as they are creating incisions to implant the grafts . This all being said I do not regret this surgery and I would do it again in a heart beat but just something to keep in mind for the future ,hoping it regulates over time but we will see .
